What is code-R ?
Self-awareness and mindfulness are key towards leading a life of purpose and fulfilment. To make that happen, individuals can learn to tap into their inner self and leverage their own unique strengths.
A lack of emotional mastery or self-understanding can lead to unhappiness and the pleasure of a fulfilling life slipping away. code-R strives to be a catalyst to support individuals in their own journey towards a happier and more purposeful life.
We aim to spread knowledge of fundamental self-reflection tools and the power of learning to manage and harness one’s emotions. This empowers individuals to create a more uplifting story of their lives with the newly unlocked talents at their disposal.
Through knowledge sharing, reflective facilitation and grounded planning, code-R aims to encourage people to live a more fulfilling life. A life of purpose. A life worth living.
