code-R welcomes you to be part of our growing community. Come join our monthly gatherings of like-minded peers who share the same vision of living with strength and passion. We at code-R are here to support you becoming the hero of your own life.

Being your own hero is as simple as being more independent and responsible for your own well-being. We encourage you to live up to your authentic self, free from labels, guilt and judgment. This awareness is your first step towards self-empowerment, so you can seed more desirable outcomes and take greater control of your life.

Through our regular 2 hour meet-ups, we will share stories, experiences, and insights on a range of thematic topics relevant to your personal, professional and social lives, in an inclusive and respectful environment.

Together as a group, we will explore how to evolve from challenges, and become stronger and more resilient. With games, good conversation, and meaningful discussion, come unwind from a busy day and towards a more enlightened you—all while mingling and networking with new peers. Beverages and refreshments will be available for purchase at the chosen establishments. 

Sessions will be moderated by guest facilitators who are well established in the field of personal wellness and life coaching.
