Transform negatives to positives instead of letting them wear you down

If life deals you a bad hand, that doesn’t mean you can’t win. Yes, it may be harder — but that’s no reason to fold. Focus on your strengths and achievements to balance or win out over perceived weaknesses or setbacks. However, be aware of the negatives to gain insight as to how they arose and how to create an opportunity to use your strengths to overcome it.
For example, if a relationship breaks down due to someone’s neglect, that could be a wake up call to re-evaluate their priorities and address their own shortcomings if they value the relationship and want to save it.
The key is never to give in to a bad situation. No matter how defeated you may feel at that moment, always look for ways to recoup and to turn the table around. Remember, nothing is permanent. Just remind yourself:
This too shall pass.
Therefore, any downfall is short-lived and you will always have the next moment to change something for the better.
