Set your core values, life goals and a more defined sense of self

Who are you?

What are your core values?

What do you stand for?

Values help define who you are and how you interact with others, and they represent a relationship between you and your beliefs and attitudes. Your values are a moral compass or inner GPS that helps guide you through life and give you the courage to stand up for things.
