Learn to be driven by hope, not fear

When we operate out of fear, we head towards the quicksand of anxiety and will fall into the
trap of negativity easily. Operating out of fear is often a short term quick fix strategy that may not be effective in the long run. It may even direct you to behavior that is not congruent to who you are.
If we instead orient ourselves towards hope, we cultivate greater optimism and positivity. Working towards hope is about integrating our passion, aspiration, values and strengths.
Operating on hope gives weight to a much greater vision and goal, as acting on hope allows us to act on what is possible, rather than limiting ourselves by fixating on what we think is not possible. Living out of hope gives us more strength to help us move on, especially in challenging times.
If you can find a way to align your hopes with your sense of purpose, then you could be on to a winning recipe to achieve greater success in realising your dreams.
Shed light and love even on your dark side. It’s important to be able to accept all aspects of yourself, even those you perceive as your flaws. Weaknesses are only debilitating if you let them, and it is possible to turn those weaknesses around into assets. For example, fears can be a hidden well of power and an indication of what you yearn for. Being mindful and aware of your fear lets you tap deeper into your very being to uncover a more empowering force. So instead of running away from your fears, learn to face them so as to use them as a guide to understanding yourself deeper.
Once again, there is no right or wrong or good or bad of who you are. So, there is no need to judge ourselves. Simply acknowledge and embrace all aspects of yourself. The key is to enrich your self understanding so that you can create and live in your better self.
