Use action and momentum to set good habits

Use habits to establish purposeful patterns
Habits are like a well functioning program that brings us a positive and desirable result.
Eg. It is a good habit to drink warm water in the morning, as it keeps us dehydrated and helps lubricate our intestines and cleanses our system. If you were not raised to drink warm water in the morning, you can nevertheless make the effort to train and condition yourself to perform this action with a clear intention and mindfulness of its benefit. Then when you repeat this action often enough, you will have created a new habit.
The 3 elements to habit making are:
1. Why: Know the benefit and need for the result
2. What: Experience the benefit through applying the action
3. How: Repeat the action until becomes a conditioned behavior
