Accept that no-one is perfect, but no-one is broken

Nothing lasts forever. Life and circumstances always change, and this applies to you as an individual as well. With this logic, you can learn to see that any setbacks are just opportunities for change or evolution.
Even if you’ve failed to achieve something or are scared, you shouldn’t see yourself as broken. It is human nature to fear failure, but you can learn to get back up stronger than before your downfall. Remember the old adage “when the going gets tough, the tough get going”. That means that when things become difficult, those with fortitude and strength get even more engaged to overcome those obstacles.
Remember the earlier section on kintsugi, the Japanese art of mending broken porcelain using precious metals. Despite the breakage, the porcelain mended with this technique is now stronger and more beautiful, with its fall now a part of its story. By the same token, if you commit to becoming a victor instead of remaining a victim, you can take action to transform no matter what obstacles bring you down.
