Plan what you need to do to get to where you want to go

You have explored and defined your strengths and values, which form your inner resources, the unique resources you can use to help you excel in your own ways.
Now you have to define your vision:
Your vision is derived from your aspirations, imagination and passions. It is shaped by your purpose, guided by your values, and often in alignment with a chosen archetype. It is also often a reflection of your idealised future, and can be a powerful motivator for action.
Now that your vision is crystalised in your mind, you need to think of how to make it happen, to turn your abstract vision into concrete reality.
To do that, you need to define achievable goals you can work towards, a series of milestones that will lead you to your vision. A vision is no more than a dream if you do nothing about it, but it becomes a creation when you make a careful and concerted effort to make it happen with perseverance and determination.
